The well-being and the security of our guests and our staff is crutial to us. Our cleaning measures have been reinforced and we assure you that we closely monitor the evolution of the Covid-19 situation. These are some of the measures set up to ensure your safety as well as your well-being.

Arrival:

• Upon your arrival Vaccination Pass control from 16 years and Heath Pass from 12 to 15 years
• Plexiglas protection on the reception desk
• Full pre-payment upon arrival to avoid spending time at check-out (contactless payment available)
• Desinfection of regularly touched surfaces with virucidal products such as credit card terminals, front desk, room key cards, door handles, elevator buttons...

Guest rooms:

• Wearing a mask is required inside in public areas and elevators from 6 years
• Masks available on request (with fee)
• Social distancing measures (avoid hand contact, wash your hands frenquently or use hand sanitisers, cover mouth and noze when sneezing and coughing, avoid touching your face, avoid social gatherings, stay at least 2 meters away from one another)
• Hand sanitiser dispensers
• Desinfection of regularly touched surfaces with virucidal products
• Regular airing of enclosed spaces
• Use of elevators limited to one person or for members of the same family
• Acess to enclosed spaces limited to a number of people at the same time

Public areas:

• Wearing a mask is required in your room when in contact with our staff
• Your order for room service and breakfast served in the room required in advance and exclusively by phone
• If you stay more than one night, your room will be cleaned every 3 days or on request at the reception desk
• Reinforced cleaning and desinfection policy

Departure:

• Place your room key card in the box provided on the reception desk at check-out
• Contactless payment available
• Your invoice can be sent by email on request
